About Me

If you have come here to help me you are wasting your time, but if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.

C. Louise Williams is a queer black woman who since childhood loved exploring the world through art, myth, and scientific investigation.

She currently lives in Southern California, and looks forward to an adventurous and fulfilling life as a liberated black woman.

Artist. Activist. Actual Human Being.

I’ve been through a lot. My mental health journey was not for the faint of heart, and pushing through it all to attain my academic goals was a bittersweet accomplishment.

Now, I’m determined to practice what I preach. I was brought up to see education as the path to liberation. Now, I’m learning what life truly means to me, and I’m intent upon using the privilege my education has afforded me to help those around me do the same.

Writing books, creating art, and building support for my future non-profit are just a few ways I aim to succeed.
